Adriatique
INTRODUCTION
Adrian Schweizer and Adrian Shala form the invincible DJ duo, Adriatique. They both live in Zurich and are active at some of the most exclusive nightclubs worldwide. The two talented DJs met in 2008 and formed an inseparable bond that blossomed into a successful partnership. This powerful alliance has risen through the ranks of the dance music community and today, the duo’s name is well and truly on the map. The unbeatable duo specialises in minimal techno, techno and house music and has innumerable fans around the globe.
In 2016, the two artists formed a record label called Siamese that gained popularity as soon as it launched. Many competent performers associated themselves with the label and released their hit tracks under them. The duo has also worked with many other eminent labels like Afterlife, Diynamic, and Cityfox.
INVOLVEMENT IN IBIZA
Adriatique are regular DJs at the famous night, Afterlife, in Hï Ibiza. Afterlife is known for its incredible techno and minimal techno sets and amazing visual performances; this is one of the parties you must attend at least once, if you’re a minimal techno fan. Besides Adriatique you can witness popular DJs such as Tale of Us, Maceo Plex, Dixon, Âme, and Mind Against. The boys always perform at The Theatre room where most of the minimal techno action takes place. Check out their dates for 2023 season below.
This remarkable duo also had the pleasure of performing at Circoloco’s New Years day party at DC-10 in 2022. With stellar performances and a true celebration of electronic music, these DJs have performed with FJAAK, Cici, Bambounou, Interstellar Funk, and many other distinguished names.
HITS & AWARDS
Techno and house music united Schweizer and Shala, and with their strong bond and creativity-rich talent, they have several notable accolades to their name. They won the Swiss Nightlife Award in 2018 for their exceptional performance and releases in the previous year.
Adriatique’s core mission has been to create music that pumps the listeners up; their most popular releases are Rollox, Soul Valley, Space Knights, Life Is A Pitch, Face to Face, All of the Ladies, and many more.
