INTRODUCTION
Camelphat is a British DJ and production duo that formed in Liverpool in 2004. The duo consists of Dave Whelan and Mike Di Scala, who both have a long history in the music industry as producers and DJs. The boys meet at a record shop in Liverpool and both were DJing at various nightclubs in the city at the time. Camelphat are known for their unique blend of house, tech house, and progressive house music, often featuring catchy hooks, atmospheric soundscapes, and driving beats.
INVOLVEMENT IN IBIZA
In 2022, Camelphat held a residency at Ushuaia alongside with Solardo and this summer of 2023 they will hold their own night at Pacha!
Camelphat will appear at Pacha every Tuesday starting from 23rd of May until 3rd of October. Every week, an unforgettable night awaits as they are joined by some of the world’s finest DJs taking you on a journey through electronic beats ranging from house to techno and everything in between.
Expect to see names like Hot Since 82, Agents Of Time, Massano, Kölsch, Adana Twins, Stephan Bodzin and many more!
HITS & AWARDS
They first gained recognition in the mid-2010s with their track Paradigm, which was released on the label of Dutch DJ and producer Spinnin’ Records. Since then, they have gone on to release a string of successful tracks, collaborating with artists such as Elderbrook, Au/Ra, and Jake Bugg.
Camelphat’s success in the dance music scene has earned them several accolades, including a Grammy nomination for their hit track “Cola” in 2018. They continue to be at the forefront of the global dance music scene, with a dedicated following of fans around the world.
